Meet Our Chamber Staff & Board!

We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Leslie Jingluski as the new Executive Director of the Lancaster By the Bay Chamber, effective immediately.

Leslie brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of community engagement to her new role. She served as the Director of Community Engagement for Avalon Center for seven years, where she played a pivotal role in fostering strong community relationships and initiatives. Additionally, Leslie and her husband have successfully owned and operated a small restaurant in Richmond, Virginia, for 21 years, demonstrating their dedication to local business and entrepreneurship. They are also raising three teenagers in Middlesex County, showcasing their commitment to both family and community.

In her new role, Leslie aims to continue the Chamber's growth with a clear vision of supporting all local businesses in Lancaster County. She stated, "Sydney Walters has set the Chamber up to be in a great position for growth. I am honored to continue that momentum as your new Executive Director."
